TGIF!!! Toast, Girl! It's Friday!!!

This is how we do it on Fridays on Eat Up or Go Home! Every Friday look forward to an amazing shout out and a beverage to follow. This post today is a shout out to my girl, Priscilla Passat, my VW. She is getting a little work done on her soon and I AM SO EXCITED!!! I mean if Elvis loved her, shouldn't we all?

Enjoy this champagne cocktail brought to you today by Drinks Mixer! I sure am going to! Drink up!

Passat recipe

2 1/2 oz Champagne
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz apricot liqueur
1 oz passion-fruit juice
1 tsp orange juice

Pour into a champagne saucer. Garnish with a cherry and a lemon slice.
