I found this recipe this week from Whole Food Simply and let me tell you it hits the spot! This paleo inspired mousse is super awesome for all you non-dairy and gluten free eaters. Coming in at HALF the calories for the same serving and preparation taking half the time this one is a total eat up!!!
Coconut and Raspberry Mousse
1 avocado
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 heaped tablespoon coconut milk
Place ingredients into your blender in the order listed above, blend and enjoy!
